We provide a broad range of skills extending from day to day commercial maintenance, through to retail and office fitouts/interiors.
With both new build developments and alterations, adaptations and extensions to existing commercial, industrial and retail units in and around the South West we can offer a fully tailored package to the commercial client. Increasingly we find that we provide a reliable and cost effective service to the private developer.
Recent schemes have included larger scale residential apartment developments (15 units+). Small scale new build housing (often under 10 units) together with smaller one off brownfield, infill & high street developments.

We maintain specialist skills in the refurbishment and restoration of high-end residential dwellings, utilising both traditional building skills and modern building materials, more often incorporating modern lifestyle technology such as Wifi systems, Lutron lighting, underfloor heating, etc.
We also construct bespoke one-off residential dwellings to architects designs, again of both a contemporary nature and more traditional styles. All building works can be covered by Master Bond Warranties and/or NHBC warranties for periods of upto 10 years.

Maintenance Covering all manner of trades, including plumbing, electrical and gas services, roofing, carpentry, decorations etc… we offer a reliable building maintenance service to both residential and commercial clients alike, ordinarily covering a radius of up to 50 miles from the centre of Bristol.
Currently running multiple maintenance units we can assist both residential and commercial clients with reactive and planned maintenance requirements. All surveys are carried out by experienced building surveyors, often with costs being agreed in advance of works commencing. More often for the commercial client we can develop a planned maintenance structure to accord with clients annual budgets, with a view to providing both short, medium and long term benefits.
