A regional care home provider acquired a large 200 acre farm to utilise as a day care centre for their residents with learning difficulties.

We were engaged to redevelop 3 large derelict barns to provide eight standalone accommodation units, together with staff facilities and a communal lounge area.

Special features incorporated random stone walling, hardwood joinery, reclaimed roof tiles, independent kitchens and bathrooms for each of the units.
