A site that originally comprised of a 1960’s / 70’s bungalow sat within a large garden within a desirable part of Bristol.

The scheme comprised of the demolition of the existing structure and the construction of 2 semi-detached house, 1 of which was a 3 storey property comprising of 4 bedrooms, the other necessitated the construction of a basement (4 storey property) providing 5 bedroom accommodation.

Other than the complications associated with a basement construction including water proofing and tanking the remainder of the project was a relatively traditional brick and block construction complete with hard landscaping works.
