Working with award winning Goodchild Interiors we provided an improved layout to the lower ground floor / basement area in order to provide a new kitchen layout, utility room and family / day room.

The works entailed structural building works, the remodelling of electrical and plumbing services, replastering and damp proof works together with the installation of bespoke (hand made) kitchen and utility units. The scheme also included for bespoke cabinets / book cases and innovative storage solutions that have been a trademark of Goodchild Interiors Innovative Design.
