A substantial country house set on the outskirts of Bristol within its own parkland setting.

The property was acquired in a very tired condition whereby the previous owner / occupier had just been living in 2 rooms of the property for many years. We worked very closely with our client providing a design and build (renovation) service so as to remodel the layout of the existing property to suit the requirements of modern day living. Past unsuitable alterations and repairs were removed and reinstated.

An extensive overhaul was carried out to both the main roof, dormer windows, external joinery, rendering repairs and a complete refurbishment internally including decorative plasterwork, overhauling of all joinery, installation of hardwood flooring, new bathrooms and en-suites, new kitchen / family room together with the replacement of all services.
