Based in
Redland, Bristol, together with an additional satellite office
covering London Spiller Builders is a family business established
since 1898 and that spans 5 generations.
High quality refurbishment & new build is our specialist
area and as such we maintain a direct workforce of circa 50
tradesman allowing us to cover all manner of trades within both
the commercial and high-end residential sectors - encompassing
new build schemes, refurbishments, alterations, listed building
works and both reactive & planned maintenance services.
The majority of our work is within a 50 miles radius of Bristol,
however we have carried out projects as far a field London,
Manchester, Swansea and Cornwall, together with some overseas
work, with contract values ranging from a few hundred pounds
to over £1million.
Our management team includes contract managers, quantity surveyors,
estimators, site foremen, etc. working to high standards that
has resulted in us being shortlisted for “Building Contractor
of the Year” award. |
